This Privacy Notice explains how Lovra collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our app. Lovra is designed as a lightweight planning, reminder, and journal-style tool for anniversaries, countdowns, routine tracking, and related card-based records. We aim to keep the app simple and usable while giving you control over your information.
By using Lovra, you may provide content such as entries, reminder details, notes, images you choose to upload, and other information related to your plans or history. We also collect limited technical data needed to operate, secure, and improve the app.
Lovra is intended for users who are at least 17 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 17. If we learn that we have received information from a user under 17, we will take appropriate steps to delete that information as soon as reasonably possible.

Your continued use of Lovra after an update becomes effective means you acknowledge the revised Privacy Notice.
We do NOT sell, rent, or trade user data.
We do NOT share any user-uploaded or user-generated content with any third party.
We do NOT use any third-party AI services to process user data. All AI processing is performed exclusively on our own internal servers.
We may use limited third-party infrastructure providers only for cloud storage, server hosting, or basic operational support. Any such provider acts solely on our behalf and only under our instructions. These providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect data security and confidentiality.
Third parties are not permitted to use user data for advertising, profiling, AI training, model optimization, redistribution, or any purpose beyond the services we instruct them to perform. They may not independently access or use user content for their own purposes.
We keep information only for as long as necessary to provide the app and meet operational or legal needs.
When data is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.
Lovra does not use facial recognition, biometric analysis, face templates, or similar identification technology. We do not build or store biometric profiles from your photos or other content.
If you upload an image, it is used only for the purpose you intended in the app and is deleted after processing unless you choose to retain it in your own saved content or history, where that feature is available.
Information you provide: We may collect the content you enter into Lovra, such as reminder dates, notes, planner items, checklist items, descriptions, tags, and any photos or images you choose to upload.
Automatically collected information: We may collect device and usage information such as app version, operating system, crash reports, performance data, approximate device identifiers, and logs needed to operate the app.
Cookies and similar technologies: If Lovra uses cookies, local storage, or similar tools, they are used only for essential app functions, session management, preferences, analytics related to app stability, or security. We do not use cookies for advertising purposes.
We use information to provide and maintain Lovra, save your entries, show your history, enable reminders, support app features, and respond to your requests.
We do NOT use your information for AI training, advertising, profiling, or selling. We also do NOT use your user-generated content to create marketing profiles or to infer sensitive personal traits.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
You can usually manage or delete content directly inside the app, and you may contact us for additional help with account or data requests.

Any AI-related processing used by Lovra is performed on our internal servers only. We do NOT use third-party AI services to process user data.
AI processing, where applicable, is used only to support app features that you request. Temporary processing data is deleted after the processing is complete. We do NOT use user data for AI model training, model fine-tuning, or optimization.
Depending on where you are located and where our infrastructure providers operate, your information may be processed in different regions or countries. This may include transfer to servers or service providers located outside your country of residence.

By downloading, accessing, or using Lovra, you agree to the collection, use, and handling of information as described in this Privacy Notice. If you do not agree with this Privacy Notice, please do not use the app.
